This system follows three principles: necessity, transparency, and choice. Customers receive the verification result first, then decide whether they want the brand to contact them.
During verification
We process only the authenticity ID, PIN match result, and verification time. A name, phone number, or account is not required.
Optional contact
After a successful result, you may choose to leave a name, phone number, or message. Consent is unchecked by default and nothing can be submitted without it.
Limited purpose
Information you voluntarily submit is used only to answer that product inquiry. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Your controls
Email support@example.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you voluntarily submitted.
You can complete verification without sharing personal information; only content you explicitly consent to submit is stored.
